What happens when things go wrong?
For our community to grow and become stronger, it’s important for us as a promoter (and collective of teachers and DJs) to know about any issues that occur in our spaces.
We are happy to take responsibility for talking to members of our community about inappropriate behaviour and know that, for the most part, mistakes are innocent.
Our first step is always to have a conversation with both parties anonymously to see if behaviour can be changed, helping both parties understand more about how we expect people to be treated on the dance floor. If the same incident recurs, and we don’t think that there is scope for behaviour change, we may exclude, at our discretion, an attendee from our events.
